1. Scope & Foundation Model Data Isolation
Nuvi-X Inc. ("Nuvi-X", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting proprietary telemetry, client sensory streams, and synthetic training data. Client world-synthesis queries, conditioning prompts, and downstream autonomy model weights are strictly isolated and never commingled into public foundation weights without explicit written authorization.
2. SOC2 Type II & Enterprise Security
All data transmitted through the Nuvi-X World Studio or gRPC streaming APIs is encrypted in-transit via TLS 1.3 with AES-256-GCM cipher suites and at-rest in air-gapped sovereign cluster nodes. Enterprise dedicated clusters maintain zero outside egress connectivity.
