Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Nuvi-X World Studio, the Nuvi-X Cloud World API, or enterprise cluster simulation runtime, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between your entity and Nuvi-X Inc.
2. World Model Intellectual Property
Nuvi-X retains all right, title, and interest in and to the foundation DiT-4D model weights, continuous spacetime loss algorithms, and proprietary tokenizer architectures. Clients retain 100% full unencumbered ownership of their autonomous policy checkpoints and sensory logs generated through the platform.
3. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
